Google Photos, Dropbox or a wedding gallery?
An existing shared album or file request may be enough. Choose the option that fits your guests, the way you want to share photos and the storage you need.

What does Revelsnap’s £29 cover?
The Gathering plan includes an event gallery, guest uploads, messages, a downloadable QR code and original-file downloads. You get 5 GB of storage, uploads for 3 months after your event date and gallery access for 12 months from that date. It is one payment, with no subscription.
Print your QR sign yourself or use a print supplier. Invite people to share a few favourites and send a short reminder afterwards. The number of photos you receive depends on guest participation, whichever service you choose.
Try the guest experience first
Open the sample gallery on your phone. Explore the photos and try a sample contribution before creating your own event. Demo contributions are temporary and are not saved to a real wedding.
Prepare your gallery before the day
- Create a free preview with your event name and date.
- Link your gallery to your email and verify the code we send. You can then reopen it from another device using your email. Keep the private backup code somewhere safe if you choose to use it.
- Try a small upload, then choose whether guests may browse the gallery or only contribute privately.
- Activate your event before sharing the guest link. Paid plans start at £29 once; check the storage and upload period for your chosen plan.
- Scan the printed QR code from a second phone before placing it at the venue.
Three places for your QR sign
The welcome area: introduce the gallery while guests arrive. The tables: keep the invitation nearby during the meal. The evening gathering: give guests another chance to share the moments after the formal photos.
Ask your venue where signs may be placed. Use a clear, high-contrast print and leave space around the code. Test the actual printed sign from a comfortable scanning distance.

Explain if contributions will be visible to other guests. Ask people to upload only material they have permission to share.
After the celebration
Send your guest link with a short thank-you and one reminder to add the photos still on their phones. Download the originals you want to keep before your gallery expires. Revelsnap complements your photographer; it does not replace professional coverage.
